Tom Reynolds spent fifteen years inside energy operations at EDF, across nuclear new build, the short-term trading floor, renewables and battery storage as the portfolios scaled. That path taught him where value is made in an energy business, and where it leaks. He now runs Flow Vendor, embedding with operators and asset owners as both a consultant and forward-deployed engineer to close the gap between seeing and doing: the manual reporting, reconciliation and follow-up that still sits between a dashboard and an action.
