Olta is a Senior Asset Manager at Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners, overseeing the commercial and technical management of operational assets and integrating new assets under construction into the asset management function. With extensive experience in asset management and investment, Olta specializes in renewable energy development, financing, operations, and sustainability. Previously, Olta was the Sr. Director at Amp Energy, where she facilitated the company’s expansion into the US, India, Japan, and Europe, and advanced technical projects in wind, battery storage, and green hydrogen. She also served as Senior Manager at the Regional Environmental Center, aiding EU candidate countries in aligning their legislation with EU sustainability and climate change laws. She is a passionate sustainability advocate and a member of the GRESB Infrastructure Standards Committee.
