Marie has worked in renewable energy since 2011, building her expertise across the full project lifecycle — from development and EPC through to O&M and technical consultancy. She began her career at Ikaros Solar as a Technical Advisor before moving to SBC Renewables as a System Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in solar PV and HV system design, grid connection management, and construction oversight across multiple markets.
She developed a strong specialism in technical due diligence and pre-sales engineering during her time at QOS Energy, where she led a global team of engineers and served as the company’s ESS specialist, contributing to landmark tenders including one of the largest battery storage O&M contracts outside of China. She then joined ENcome Energy as Co-Head of Technical Operations, leading TDD, site auditing, and O&M activities across Solar PV and BESS portfolios spanning Europe, Taiwan, and Australia, whilst revamping operational processes that were subsequently adopted globally.
Marie joined RINA in 2022 and became Global Head of Energy Storage, where she led a global team of specialists, coordinates technical proposals and project delivery across multiple continents, and oversaw TDD and consultancy across complex storage and solar assets.
She has been part of the Greensolver team since August 2026. Her experience gives her a comprehensive understanding of the technical and commercial aspects that underpin renewable energy assets.
