Andy is a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) with over a decade of health and safety experience across energy and construction. He currently serves as QHSE Lead at Field, where he leads the QHSE function across the business, from Development through to Operations and QHSE governance across UK and European BESS operations. His career includes senior HSE roles at Ørsted and Vattenfall, including on the Hornsea 1 and 2 offshore windfarms, alongside earlier experience in construction site management. Beyond his day job, Andy is an active industry contributor, chairing the Safety and Storage Governance Group on behalf of DESNZ and helping shape safety standards for the wider BESS sector through forums such as the BESS Owners Forum.
