Olta is a Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for the c management of Sosteneo’s flagship Fund I, as well as the GF Energy Infrastructure Fund, a unit-linked FCPR. In this role, she oversees investment strategy, portfolio performance, and value creation initiatives, while coordinating across legal, financial, and operational workstreams to ensure alignment with investor objectives and regulatory requirements.
She is an experienced investment and asset management professional with deep expertise across renewable energy development, financing, operations, and sustainability. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Strategy and Head of ESG at Amp Energy, a global developer, owner, and operator of clean energy assets. In this role, she supported the company’s geographic expansion into the United States, India, Japan, and Europe, as well as its technical diversification into wind, battery storage, and green hydrogen.
Prior to that, Olta served as Senior Manager at the Regional Environmental Center supporting candidate EU countries align their primary and secondary legislation with EU frameworks on sustainable development and climate change. She began her career at a boutique management consulting firm, focusing on auditing and financial advisory services.
Olta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master of Arts in Economics and Law, with a specialization in renewable energy, from the Central European University.
Passionate about sustainability, Olta serves as a Member of GRESB Infrastructure Standards Committee.
