Lucas has been in the renewable energy industry for 16 years, holding senior roles in engineering, operations, and project delivery with experience across every stage of the project lifecycle. His experience covers projects up to several hundred MWs at all voltage levels, as well as some of the largest transactions in renewables history. He has a passion for building teams and companies and has built market-leading platforms in the U.S. and U.K markets.
